Product Care
Silver is a lovely metal that will continue to look beautiful with a little care. Clean your pieces regularly with hot soapy water, and store in an air tight bag when not being worn. Tarnish or oxidation can be removed with a silver cloth, or liquid tarnish remover. Do not leave jewelry in liquid cleaner for any longer than a minute, and wash well when removed. Liquid cleaner is not recommended for handstamped pieces as this will remove the treatment in the lettering. A silver cloth is best to clean these products.
For any other questions, or to arrange a professional cleaning, please contact me.
Sizing
Rings
I carry rings in full and half sizes between 4 and 11. Quarter and larger sizes are available upon request. When ordering wide rings, please remember that these will fit tighter than a narrow band ring. I recommend ordering a half size larger. Exchanges are available for regular stock/non-custom rings should you need a different size upon receipt, however please note the following: If you are unsure of your size, I recommend to be sized at a jewelry store with a wide band sizer. Exchange is available should you order the incorrect size, however there will be a $25 fee to cover restocking and postage of the replacement ring. Postage cost to return the incorrect size to me is also the responsibility of the customer. Please be absolutely sure of your size before ordering to avoid disappointment.
Bracelets
To determine your proper size for a chain style bracelet, measure your wrist with a seamstress tape. A half inch more than your measurement will fit well. Chain bracelets also have a half inch extender for an adjustable fit.
For sizing a bangle bracelet, squeeze your thumb and pinky finger together and measure at the widest point. The measurement you get is the size you order.
For a cuff bracelet, measure the smallest part of your wrist, just behind your wrist bone (toward your elbow, not your hand) with a seamstress tape. The measurement you get is the size you order.
